Property blueprints for Epstein's secluded tropical island included in the photographs.
Furthermore contained in this recent document drop is shown to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein bought a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had created plans to transform the substantial island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Visible on the blueprint is a local waterway, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is marked up in red pen markings and includes a legend labelling various areas of the estate.
Accompanying the main plan are what look to be several other construction diagrams and construction drawings, featuring plans for boat shelters.
Further documentation disclosed as part of the ongoing congressional process.
